To start I'd like to say the staff are friendly and efficient I was in for a fever and cough and sore throat. Diagnosis was inconclusive but took a covid test to be safe. I have now waited for over an hour on the phone with customer service. This is easily the longest I've waited without at least someone picking up the phone in any industry. DO NOT BOTHER calling 813-925-1903 it is just a waste of time and energy you're better off walking back in and putting yourself at risk of catching something else to get results. For a c... read more
everyone was very effiicient & courteous.
The location in Brandon was dirty. There were empty hand sanitizer on the table. I went to the reception desk and let them know that it was empty they acted like I was bothering them they didn’t bother to fillet they just said use theirs behind the counter very unprofessional. Call I had a 630 appointment I got there at 6:15 I was seen at 7:20 and it’s 725 I left. Made no sense for me to make an appointment if I had to wait over an hour. Fine, wait time was acceptable and attentive (dr?) was efficient. Staff were friendly, which helps when you are in pain (cracked/fratured rib in my case). A couple of "precious patients" in waiting room who id like to have shown the door, but I am well aware this isn't possible. 🤣😂🤫 Overall good experience, shame though you don't have a magic wand that removes the pain im in!...
I came to get a Covid test. Looked online for places that do rapid testing. The website says skip the line make an appointment. So I made the earliest appointment available which was 3:30 pm. I got there a little before 3 to fill out paperwork and hopefully get in a little early. It is now 5:06 pm and I still haven’t been tested. I am still sitting in the room, waiting. Body shaking, body aching, pounding headache. And still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.
