Ashley and the entire staff were wonderful from the moment I walked through the doors.
Great place to go for treatment.
Although everyone was stressed out when I arrived because of a possible COVID case, everyone communicated clearly and quickly with me. Scheduling an appointment online ahead of time was easy and painless.

Excellent customer service and care. Very timely and professional at Brandon clinic. Riverview clinic, where I had the x-ray completed, had me wait an hour and a half for an x-ray. When I approached the desk, none of the employees there even recalled I was there for an x-ray. Front desk receptionist broke several HIPOA laws as well. She needs training.
The cardiology team is a brilliant bunch of highly competent people, all of them, even when the procedure is tough, they keep a sense of wit and compassion. I appreciated the care at a tough time. The nurses and doctors are full on humans. TGH is a find, if you need care.

Our wait was short, we were treating in a professional and friendly manner. When it was determined that my husband needed more testing than Fast Track was able to do, we were given paperwork to take to the emergency room. The hospital admitted him. I think Fast Track acted very responsibly.
