You were kind and careful. Although the Doctor said it was a fracture and call the next day and said it was Osteoporosis at least got exrays and foot shoe. But I'm sure it was not her fault.
Very prompt, professional service. Short wait time and I was treated quickly for what fortunately turned out to be a minor ankle injury. Matthew, the Nurse Practitioner who treated me was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, decisive and confidently answered all my questions. Treated like royalty
Everything was great until being discharged and sent home with IV still in my arm
The PA I saw was great. In fact the whole staff was.
Overall everything went as well as I assume it should have.
The amazing staff made me feel truly cared for. From the receptionist to the doctor! My nurse Victoria was amazing, very patient and accommodating and took great care of me and my broken ribs! She even quickly called me back when I had a question about my X-ray. The very next day I received a call from Hollie King to see how I was doing and she even scheduled my follow up visit with an orthopedic surgeon for me.
