Service was prompt
Minimal wait time. Gracious and professional staff. Very thorough and welcoming. Facility was very clean and there was clearly protocols in place, and implemented for COVID considerations. The doctor was very attentive and he provided clear explanations and recommendations. (Dr. from Connecticut). Thanks to all for exceptional service.
Great medical staff except for the receptionists, need more customer service skills.

I was very satified with the service and loved the follow up. Which i never get from my primary physician. I will use tg fast track again. Everyone was very friendly.
I know it's the crazy times we live in... but if you require appointments... there shouldn't be a 2 hour wait? I had a 3:30 appointment and did not get called back until 5:30. Once in a room, the service was fine. Very nice attendant and doctor. Especially for how overworked and exhausted they ALL must be. There should be a call or text to let people know how far behind you are running rather than sitting in a room packed full of people or in a car...
I am here from Michigan and was worried about finding a good practice to go to. I was pleasantly surprised! Every person in this office is personable, professional and caring! Made me feel at home from the minute I arrived.
