Check in process was quick and easy. Wait time was less than 15 minutes. The nurses and doctor were very friendly and listened to my concerns. The doctor was very caring and put me at ease! Very pleasant experience!

The experience was great for being a walk in just wish more people would wait in the car specially if they are getting tested for covid. The lobby was completely fully with probably half getting tested for covid or waiting for a test. As a mom of a a one year old and pregnant it did not sit well and decided to sit in my car with my one year old. To many people in the lobby and barely any social distancing.
If only we can have a TGH Urgent Care in every neighborhood in America, we would have a very healthy nation. These guys have perfected health care service. Every visit brings me closer to wishing I could make them my primary care. Shhhh, they are my primary care, just not official!
I came in with pressure in my chest. I was immediately taken in and seen by doctor. There was no wait. Ricky called five days later to follow up and see how I was doing. I truly appreciate that. Shows you care about your patients. Thank you.
