My experience this time was very good. Previous visit I waited 2 hours this time around 45 minutes; given the COVID situation if felt that wasn't bad. Everyone was kept socially distant and wearing masks. Office is very clean, new and inviting. The front desk doctor who saw me were very friendly. Doctor was knowledgeable and provided an easy solution to my issues. I definitely recommend this office.
I had to have a COVID-19 test cometed prior to a surgery scheduled Monday after Christmas. I was told by preop that it needed to be completed 48 hours prior to surgery which meant I needed to have the test completed on the 26th or surgery would be cancelled. Several messages were left for the urgent care to find out what time my appointment was on the 26th but never received a call back.
