The staff were very warm, professional and kind even though they were working on a very busy New Year's Eve.
I waited about 20 minutes. I expected to wait at a walk in clinic. I have laryngitis and a persistent cough. I was disappointed that the PA initially prescribed an antibiotic without any testing. I turned down the antibiotic and asked for a cough suppressant and the PA agreed.
Experience here was great! Problem addressed and everyone nice!
