I was seen by a doctor in a reasonable amount of time. The doctor was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and took the necessary amount of time to assess my problem. And the price for the visit was reasonable.

Went in for COVID-19 test. Took about 45 seconds counting waiting and testing time. Nurse very efficient and caring.

TGH Urgent Care was my 2nd stop as the first urgent care center said the wait would be 1 1/2 hrs. I had severe pain in both eyes and it was difficult to see. The receptionist immediately checked me in and competed the necessary paperwork for me to be seen. She was patient, helpful and understanding of my inability to see. The doctor was attentive and sympathetic to my pain. His exam was thorough and explained the diagnosis. I would definitely use this urgent care center again if the need arises.

Very good experience. Front staff was very helpful. Examined by Courtney, and she was informative and knew to send me to the ER right away to have a CT scan of my condition. She also made a follow up call a couple of days later and was very kind with her well wishes.
