It’s always like a family clinic here, I’ve been coming here for over 18 year. Positive staff, informative nurses, and great doctors that care.
Good patient care from the nurses to the doctors.
My Doctor showed empathy for me and my situation, offered consolation, and advised me on what's best for me to do.
All of my providers are excellent and they allow me the opportunity to ask very detailed and specific questions about my health. They have no problem providing referrals for my specific medical needs.
I was hoping to possibly get assistance with completing a lengthy insurance application, get answers to a few questions. That was not possible at Codman Square and I had to make an appointment at another center, which I did and/or call the insurance company directly. Otherwise, things went pretty well with the experience regarding the process on the health insurance proceds and meeting with the two workers there
I was genuinely assisted and supported during my visit with Catrina, resource connector. She was very positive and. helpful. I felt better after meetting with her to explore services. I was pleasantly surprised. I felt that she really wanted to relate and assist me. THANKS CATRINA ✌👌
The reception, the patience appointment, and the doctor's visit were as always an excellent experience.
