I had anxiety about the foods that I am eating and are available to me at home. I want to keep my blood pressure under control and I cant with the foods that are available to me. I don't have income coming in so I have to eat what daughter buys for house. The nutritionist that I saw April 9 2019 , and forgive me I cant remember her delightful name, was very helpful ! I will explore all the suggestion she gave to me yesterday. Thank you so much for seeing !
