As always my doctor was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable in our time together. My appointment was at 12h30 I got called at 1140. So it was ok
They fixed the issue promptly with privacy and respect
The wait was short. My doctor was awonderful. Overall it was good.
I have always had very positive experience with CSHC. Yesterday, however, I waited almost an hour for a scheduled, 3:30 PM, 15-minute appointment. I was just about to reschedule at the reception desk and leave when my provider came into the exam room (I had to be somewhere else by 5:00 PM.) She was immediately apologetic (and was clearly having an extremely busy afternoon.) You did a great job
After I was registered, I was quickly seen by the assistant. She was competent, thorough and pleasant. My appointment was at 11 and I was seen close to that time by the assistant. The doctor didn't get to me until about 11:30. That was disappointing. The visit itself was also thorough and efficiently completed.
You guys did great.
I like the care provided there.
