I have always had very positive experience with CSHC. Yesterday, however, I waited almost an hour for a scheduled, 3:30 PM, 15-minute appointment. I was just about to reschedule at the reception desk and leave when my provider came into the exam room (I had to be somewhere else by 5:00 PM.) She was immediately apologetic (and was clearly having an extremely busy afternoon.) You did a great job
After I was registered, I was quickly seen by the assistant. She was competent, thorough and pleasant. My appointment was at 11 and I was seen close to that time by the assistant. The doctor didn't get to me until about 11:30. That was disappointing. The visit itself was also thorough and efficiently completed.

Very good, not a long wait for urgent care visit. Medical Assistant Shantel was very pleasant. Front desk staff at the Urgent Care checkin not very welcoming, hence the four stars. Everyone else including the Lab staff was pleasant
