The wait was extremely long but working with the nurse and the staff at the front desk was pleasant! Maybe I’d just arrive at an earlier time
I felt at home, people were very nice and respectful.
Doctor had emergency they were professionals and courteous
As always my doctor was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable in our time together. My appointment was at 12h30 I got called at 1140. So it was ok
They fixed the issue promptly with privacy and respect

I have always had very positive experience with CSHC. Yesterday, however, I waited almost an hour for a scheduled, 3:30 PM, 15-minute appointment. I was just about to reschedule at the reception desk and leave when my provider came into the exam room (I had to be somewhere else by 5:00 PM.) She was immediately apologetic (and was clearly having an extremely busy afternoon.)
