Dr. Adelstein is wonderful. She was very supportive. Unfortunately she put a request in for follow up calls for additional items and the follow up calls were not received. I called and left messages to inquire and have received no response. I will need to wait for my next telemedicine call with Dr. Adelstei to follow up. Experiences like these overshadow the positive experiences that I have with my PCP.
