Everyone that I've met with was so nice and caring..they seem to really care for the patience. Also taking the steps to keep the clinic clean and safe during the covid pandemic.

We went to the park outside The church in Codman Square, where testing for COVID 19 was being conducted, to get tested, as a family member's co-worker had become ill. A smiling, masked staffer guided us to the correct entrance and where we were met by another staff member. He explained the procedure to everyone, making sure we could all hear him from our socially distanced line. He looked each person in the eyes and made sure they understood. I asked at the health center about CoViD19 testing and was directed to the park on Codman Square. At the park, the gentleman in the security uniform cordially greeted me and directed me through the process, ending with a test administered by a member of the health staff. At all times the staff were friendly, polite, efficient and effective. It was as much a pleasure as can reasonably be expected.
So appreciated the ability to have Covid test done outdoors and the staff was very professional and patient
The Codman square team is very kind and dedicated and healthcare professional s(either nurses or doctors) do everything to reduce the waiting time.
I took the COVID-19 test on Friday, July 17th. The staff was exceptional. Very professional. I only disappointment was that I had to administer the COVID-19 test myself. I expected that the test would have been administered by a professional. While I carefully followed the instructions, my concerned as to whether I administerEd the test correctly. I would have felt more secure if the test had been administered by a professional.
It was nice to be able to just walk to the location of the testing site. The set-up was nicely organized, and the nurses/assistants that were there were very helpful and assisted me in doing the self-swab. Prior to getting the test done, I was a bit hesitant because of what I had heard about the testing. The testing I had was very simple and noninvasive. Thank you for bringing the testing to our community.
