I was seen immediately for my injury and the staff were kind, quick, and efficient. They explained every step and were very personable. The center was also clearly abiding by COVID-19 guidelines. Thank you to everyone who assisted me!

At the COVID-19 testing facility at Russell Auditorium, signs were clearly displayed to promote physical distancing, emphasize face mask requirements and plenty of staff were available were available to assist with check-in, testing for COVID and the flu as well as any questions from others.
