Quick service. Able to get an appointment for a covid test very quickly. No wait at the site. (Also, test was negative thank G-d)
Very easy system, except that it took 90 minutes for the zoom consult. Everything else was fast and efficient. Got results in 5 hours.

Prompt and professional
It was very easy to use the Kyla app to schedule our appointment. It was easy to get a same day appointment and then we had our results about 13 hours later. The drive-through testing moved quickly.
Overall I think the experience was very well. The only thing I would point out is that when I got there nobody knew I had an appointment because I used an app from zocdoc. Other than that I think it went well.
