Wait time was a bit long. Was told that it would take a few days to verify to see if my insurance was accepted, which defeats the whole purpose of coming in to the clinic. Ended up paying out of pocket for a simple prescription.
My experience with care providers was top notch. The rest of my experience was unacceptable. - I was instructed to get my prescription from a 24-hr immediately after my visit - the pharmacy had not been sent my prescription. I was unable to directly contact the Action Urgent care site to ask about this because there is no direct line - I had to instead leave a message, and could not get my prescription until the following evening as a result. - I requested a receipt for my visit three separate times before it was provide... read more

My experience with the online doctor appointments have been easy, quick and helpful. From the pre check in process through the end of my doctors appointment everyone treats me kindly and is respectful. Even though my doctors have sometimes changed they come to the appointment prepared and are informed of my latest updates. Both times I came there was no one there and they put me in a room, where I sat for over an hour and 40 minutes waiting. It seemed like a bunch of young people worked there, and I could hear them all talking and laughing about their personal lives outside the door, while I sat for over an hour and 40 waiting to be helped by one of them.
