Customer service was giving conflicting replies on wether I could come in person or have an virtual appointment. 1 person said i could come in person since I have Covid test results within 72 hrs while the other when I reached to schedule said I have no option but to schedule a virtual. My primary physician said I need physical inspection therefore I reached out urgent care . Lot of confusion and customer service hardly responded on phone call. This confusion continues on even follow up..

Needed a Covid test. I got a reasonably quick response from the CNP on the Kyla app. Went directly to my test and received the results in about 8 hours.
The young man was professional, caring and thoughtful to my daughter and I when the covid 19 test was taken. Very impressed!!

The doctor was knowledgeable and took her time to explain what I needed. The receptionist was friendly and quick. My problem was the assistant of the doctor. He was not wearing the gloves when he handled equipments. He was wearing regular clothes with no covering of any sorts. And when I enter the room for me to wait for the doctor to come in, the paper on the long bed wasn’t changed, and stuff was left on the counter from previous patient.
