I was the only one in the waiting room and I could hear the provider and assistant in the back gossiping loudly about people they know in a non complementary way. The medical assistant flushed my ear 6-7 times causing it to be worse than when I arrived. I was prescribed an extremely expensive prescription with no warning of that and ended up having to go to the ENT two days later due to extreme pressure after the flushing.
