Very friendly, kind and Courteous
Only 3 stars because of one terrible staff nurse and one awesome PA-C Genevieve. The nurse Saturday morning 11/21/20 refused to give me a blanket. The air conditioner was blowing on me from the ceiling. I froze for 45 minutes. When I asked the PA for a blanket she gave it to me in 2 seconds. The nurse treated me unprofessionally because I was being tested for COVID. It was ok for her to hand me a specimen cup but not ok to hand me a blanket. I’ve been a nurse for 30 years. Would never treat a patient like that.
I went for a curbside covid test. Not assessed just swabbed outside and i was charged a $50.00 copay
The doctor who checked me out did not have his mask covering his nose nor did he allow for my sister to get an antibody test as she requested and was not respectful to us. Furthermore, the nurse who drew my blood was inefficient as she had to poke me twice in both arms before finally getting the blood.
I was seen at tower health urgent care chester county for a covid test with some questionable circumstances. The person who did my intake was very nice and respectable as was the MA who performed the test. I was told that my results would be back within two days. When I called back this morning I was told to call back at 5 pm today and they would call the lab to make sure their wasn't an issue but instead I called at about 4:20 since this is the longest I've ever had to wait for a test to come back.
