Hi I visited your facility in Fraser on January 29th with a swollen eye. The doctor who checked me mentioned that it was bacterial conjunctivitis and prescribed antibiotic drops. I had mentioned to her upfront that I was pregnant and she said that the medication was safe. I came back home and called my obgyn to check if I could take the medication. The team was amazing. I was seen immediately and both the nurse and doctor made me feel extremely comfortable while I was dealing with an issue that was anything but.

I walked in 5 minutes before they were supposed to close and they took their time examining me and taking xrays. They were thorough and patient and explained what was wrong. This was the second time I was there. The staff was different but just as capable and correct in their diagnosis as the first time I was there. It was a pleasure to be treated by them.
Had a death over weekend and had major anxiety having had sudden cardiac arrest a year earlier. Stress was my worse thing but fortunately Tower Health was open and they gave me script to carry me over till I saw my GP. Really appreciated it more than anyone can know.
