Great never felt like the staff forgot about me.
I took Mom into Tower Urgent Care I Frazier after she experienced some hearing loss. From the moment we walked into the door (without an appointment) we were greeted by the receptionist who exhibited kindness and compassion. The Nurse & Physcian Assistant that met with us after about a five minute wait quickly put my 90 year old Mom at complete ease. This was my first experience using Urgent Care and it was absolutely amazing. A very clean center. Wonderful, polite staff. I really liked that the next day they called to check to see how I was feeling. I would recommend this center for sure.
