The PA I saw was informative, understanding and super helpful. The whole staff was welcoming and addressed all of my needs in a timely and professional fashion.
It was my 1st time having to use urgent care. My experience was good everyone was very kind & helpful was in & out didn’t have to wait to long 😊

First off the doctor explained everything to me and I was comfortable with what I was told regarding my workman's comp claim for carpal tunnel syndrome being denied because it is not covered by workman's comp however I decided to further investigate and from what i read online it is, a little confused why the doctor was so quick to deny my claim.
I am from out of state and everyone made me feel welcome and well cared for!
It was late on a Saturday afternoon they took me right in took care of me had medicine on site because my pharmacy was already closed and the nurses couldn’t be kinder I was in bad shape and they took care of me.I ended up with serious strep throat and a bad case of the flu I’m glad I didn’t have to wait to try and see my doctor or sit in an emergency room for hours I’m very thankful. Staff was friendly and there was no wait however, I got progressively worse over the next day or two. Was told my illness was viral but followed up st my general practitioner and had double ear infection and sinus infection
