Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. I was taken within about 15 minutes of arriving and seen by the doctor very soon after. My doctors office couldn’t give me an appointment until the following day and believing I had the flu I didn’t want to wait. Flu confirmed and meds prescribed. Would definitely recommend this Urgent care if needed!
The nurses and the physician assistant are very nice and professional. The person at the front desk was just terrible. She moaned and groaned about everything from the moment I walked in. She complained about other employees being lazy and not wanting to work. She actually swore about it. I can tell you coming from the medical field myself that would never be tolerated. Professional, caring, knowledgeable. Very positive experience. Felt much better on my departure. Breathing much better. Am on the mend.
PA did not diagnose my condition. Recommended a product for allergies. Went to my physician the next day. Was told I had bronchitis. He prescribed me an antibiotic and I started to feel better within hours.
Very clean . Staff was exceptional . Have been there a few times and love it !
