This was my first time ever visiting a Urgent Care the visit was good for my first experience.

The check-in procedure is quick and easy, the medical staff are efficient and caring, and the treatment is handled quickly.
Waiting 2.5 hours to pee in a cup while a facility is empty is truly unacceptable. I even pre checked in online. Don't go to Martin Luther King Blvd, Tampa fl location, horrible, the front desk girl typical and looked miserable with attitude.
On my initial visit, the customer service representative at the desk was kind and friendly. However, the medical intake representative was not kind or patient. She rushed the whole process and did not answer any of my questions or concerns. She also was not knowledgeable in administering a TB test. She bruised my arm really bad causing swelling, soreness, and temporary injury. As a result the test was not readable.
I didn’t get anything really accomplished
Forgot to check my ears even though I told them a family member had an ear infection. Went back the next day because my ear was in excruciating pain- they expected me to make and pay for another appointment! Humanity in healthcare has been lost and fast track urgent care needs to bring back customer service and humanity
