I have now been to the TGH Urgent Care located on Water St and each time has been an excellent experience. The staff is exceptional and the location is spotless!
It was a hassle to park because of all the construction in the area. Once in , the care was what is expected of a first-class utility.
Needed to have a COVID Test before traveling and contacted TGH for an appointment. This was Sunday and I was so happy that they were open an actually had time to see me. Checked in with no problems and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The Doctor saw me even before my appointment time, inquired about why I was there, took my Vitals and then proceeded to perform the Nasal Swab.
