Very clean office. Very friendly and pleasant...Very Very professional..I would recommend all my friends.
My visit was as expected...satisfactory. I was seen by a physician or nurse practitioner within a reasonable timeframe for pain and discomfort. She was professional, knowledgeable, and called in prescription needed that worked. At checkout, I asked for an ENT referral and was advised that ‘yes, we have a Dept dedicated to assist with referrals. They will contact you within 48 hrs’. The PA was Super. I believe his last name was Burke. He unlocked my shoulder almost immediately. Gave me some steroid pills to take. He helped me greatly

It was a super-fast process getting checked in and seen by a PA-C. However, I checked in online, downloaded and registered myself on the app, yet arrive at the Urgent Care with the front desk attendant unaware of any of that info. She was a very friendly and accommodating, but there seemed to be a disconnect in information that she received. Otherwise, I would go back and recommend.
My experience was quick and easy. I felt taken care of and given the information I needed to help me heal. Thank you!
