First visit to urgent care. Took awhile to get out of the waiting room then awhile longer for doctor to come in and check me out. Seemed to do a good job once there. I will use them again.
The wait was long , but the doctor was really attentive and I was very satisfied with the result

I was very satisfied with the staff. Only negative was the wait time.
Without any appointment and as a new client my wait time was under an hour. The Tech took me in for vitals and promptly passed me on to a Doc. He quickly diagnosed my flu symptoms and ordered some prescriptions from my pharmacy. I was back home in under a total of tw2o hours and could not be more pleased.
Easy check in. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Comfortable waiting area. Understood my health concern and clearly explain treatment.
Everyone was friendly, informative, and helpful. Cheryl the PA was excellent, friendly, and comforting. And she had a great personality.
Friendly staff. felt comfortable right off the bat.
The doctor was caring and understanding!
