The technician was very nice and the procedure went with no problem. I was in and out
Service was great. Surprised Fast Track is not part of TGH Medical who we use in Brandon. So had to fill out 4 pages of medical history. Defeats the point of going to a place that uses TGH as their main sponsor. All records should transfer for an individual in the USA. Like Federal Law now.

Had a Covid-19 test Sunday 12/12/21. The care giver was excellent, very caring how she swabbed my nose. Never felt a think. Greeting staff was also very polite . Thank you for caring. Mike

The staff were fast, efficient and friendly. Wonderful experience for a Covid test.
From start to finish, everything went so much better than expected. The coordinator was spot on with help making arrangements (hotel, etc) and Dr. Ruan was very attentive and knowledgeable; explaining the procedure so that a layperson like myself could understand.
Friendly accommodating and made sure that I stayed comfortable !Dr Ducoins team and all the nurses!!!
