Very friendly and informative
I've been to the Urgent Care Clinic in Brandon three times in the past year. Two of those times, it was pretty good with the staff being reasonably polite and the doctor being attentive, and got me in and out in about an hour. My last time there on the 30th of December however, not so much. After waiting for two and a half hours in agony with a UTI, with not terribly friendly staff at the front desk---and no, they weren't openly rude, but it felt like I was just kind of interrupting their day with my inconvenient self, with ... read more
Whenever I visit TGH Urgent Care they always taking good care of me, never worry about that. The doctors and nurses the staff are all friendly courteous very helpful. And they suggested that I go to TGH EMERGENCY ROOM for a sonogram rule out Deep Vein Thrombosis. Everything turned out good no blood clot, no DVT. Going to follow up with my doctor today, all is well. Thank you as always I have good service and good care thank you TGH Urgent Care!
