I appreciate the fact that TGH Fast Track was open on New Year's Day. I could not find any place that was open. The facility was spotless, the staff was very friendly and the care I received was great.
Having come on Friday, Christmas eve, I expected the worst. But as it turns out, visiting TGH Urgent Care in Seminole was the most pleasant experience. Initial contact with the front office staff was quick, professional and welcoming. The Doctor and PA were extremely helpful and tended to my concerns. I left there feeling good just because of the genuine care and thoughtfulness of everyone in charge. Clean, organized and well managed! Thank you, Dr. Nicole Frommann for a great health care experience!!
