All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. I received a warm welcome by the front desk staff and they listen to my problem without cringing. Brian? Was an excellent PA and source of information. He explained sinusitis to me in detail. I have Since several friends there in the experience is consistently great

Everyone was nice but your receptionist she needs to learn good customer service. On check she seemed like I was bothering her. Then when checking out and came in to get my results she was rude and yelled at me to sit in lobby. I waited 20 minutes then another clinician ask me if I got my results and I said no. I decided to go to front desk and request my results that was supposed to be done over 30 minutes ago. Very clean office, friendly and professional staff. Quick to get in.
Staff were professional, helpful, even cheerful! The only bad thing about the experience was not their fault. I got out of my “10:15” 10 minute procedure at 4:00 pm due, I was told, to Covid-related staff absences. Given that, their great attitudes were even more impressive.
