Quick easy process. I didn't want or think I needed to go to urgent care for what I needed (severe congestion from a cold) the process was quick and simple
Dr Rosemary did an amazing job and was caring and efficient. The attendant that checked me in was attentive and thorough. Even while I was sick they made my visit pleasant.
They got me in last minute and everyone was so kind!
Your personnel were very friendly and courteous, from the reception area to the exam room. The lobby and waiting area was very nice and clean. Nurse, Alicia Ma, and Nurse Practitioner, Holly Wilson, we’re both very nice, pleasant to speak with and listened to what I had to say, so they knew what my problem was. NP Holly felt I needed a test to determine if I had Covid or not, and explained what was to be done, how, and when to expect results, and depending on the outcome, what would need to be done. Fast, efficient, hardly no wait time from check in to check out. Simply seamless. Everyone is so helpful, happy and caring. Definitely makes the stress of having to go to Urgent care a lot less stressful. Kudos to your staff!
