All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Everything was professional.
We had to wait about 45 minutes in the exam room before being seen by the NP (Holly) but the front desk, medical assistant and NP were really sweet and warm towards my 9 year old. My daughter said it was hard to wait so long but it was worth it because of the staff. TGH was also one of 3 urgent care centers on Seminole Blvd who were open as scheduled. We tried two others prior to arriving at TGH and they were both closed before scheduled closing.

I had to wait a bit, but then when I was seen, it went fast.
This facility was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful - from Parker at the front desk and Grace, the nurse who so kindly helped me to Holly, the APRN (who attentively listened to my lengthy explanation with sincere concern) and Cass, the RT, who gently took my xrays with great care. The next morning, I received a call from Joanne to schedule my next step of care. For urgent care - I highly recommend this facility. If ever needed again, this is where I will go.
