All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Fast, pleasant and helpful service. Couldn't ask for me.
Scheduled an hour prior appointment. Came in with both ears and sinus infections. Was greeted, seen promptly with diagnosis and treatment. Was super impressed with the staff. Thankful they were there o. Thanksgiving day.
Arrived at your location without an appointment. After filling in numerous forms was taken back shortly to be attended to. Casandra had a dry sense of humor as she checked my vitals before being seen by the PA. Casandra did a nice job of keeping a concerning situation "light". The PA, Lindsay, was great. She attended the laceration with professionalism and I felt confident in the treatment and proscribed follow-up. Thank you all!!
Thought service was a bit slow considering there was lots of staff. I guess having just one doc made the difference. Dr Victoria was very nice though would not consent to an X-ray of my possibly FX rib and I sure would like to know one way or the other. I still have pain, coughing turning coughing
They were super nice .on time .even though I didn't have an appointment. But fit me in .and had made an appointment at another walk in clinic .so thank you for your professionalism .
Great friendly sraff
The whole office was very responsive throughout a condition with my 5-year-old son that required immediate attention. Dr. Stoneking moved quickly, confidently and professionally with his treatment for what could have become an emergency. Everything was properly resolved. I am from Ohio and I developed a sinus infection while in Seminole, Florida. Your Urgent Care was a few blocks away. I saw 3 people in your facility and each treated me great. I came home after taking the antibiotics for only 3 of the 10 day prescription and forgot the rest in Florida. I called yesterday and the lady on the phone was very patient with me and got me the information I needed to get the rest of the prescription filled by my doctor in Ohio.
