All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. I was seen very quickly and after the initial evaluation I was seen by Mackenzie who was very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to me and then called in my meds.
My daughter has special needs, so I always worry before taking her to any medical facility where she’s not familiar with the staff. She’s a ‘tough’ patient, as a non-verbal 10 year old with autism and a bad ear infection. The front desk staff, administering nurse and the treating PA could not have been kinder. I was very pleased with your help
A courteous and professional experience as I did not appear rushed even though I scheduled later afternoon on a Sunday. Upon arrival, the front desk personnel explained and apologized for a longer than anticipated wait time due to an unforeseen influx of patients. This was appreciated. The PA, Mackenzie provided great care and was informative about why I was there.

First time ever had to use urgent care in the thirty plus years I’ve been vacationing in florida(never had to use a hospital). The desk personnel were pleasant. Minimal wait time. The personnel that did exam and wound care was professional and caring apologize for not remembering her name. Definitely would recommend your services. Thank you
