Your PA was great. But I waited in the room to see him for about 45 minutes, no one came in to say it would be awhile or to see if I was OK. I think a half hour should be the limit to see a doctor once you get escorted to a private room.

On May 11, 2023 I saw Mackenzie Evans for what turned out to be a upper Viral respiratory tract infection.. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and above all, very professional. This was my first visit to an Urgent Care and if needed in the future I would come again. Frank Turesko
Waiting time was very short,front desk rep.helpfull and profesional.
It was great! The hospital staff are friendly, they told me what happened to my back and advised me the treatments needed to help the deal with the pain. I am grateful for their help!
