Very Professional, and efficient!
Considering the circumstances, staff dealt with a long line of people as best as they could. I would return on the future once this covid situation settles down but, in the meantime, would hope a better procedure for visiting/making appointments would be developed to help this crew.
Wait time was fair, staff was friendly and helpful
During a very long day (9+ hours) everyone on the staff was professional, courteous, and kind to all the people that were waiting to be tested. It is appreciated.
Due to the circumstances, the lines were very long. Once checked in and paper work was filled out, the process was quick and efficient. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, and it was a very clean office.
There was only one person working at the front counter I study in line over an hour to be seen but overall it was okay once you got called in the bagk

Your did a wonderful job taking care of me, everyone was very nice. If I asked a question they always explained it to me in terms I could understand. I was very pleased with TGH and all their employees.
