It was a pleasant experience considering I have covid 19. Staff was curiosity, disarming and made me feel comfortable during my time there.
I had an issue with my appointment time for Covid testing but the staff at the front desk was able to schedule me immediately. Nurses were great and the exam and test were quick. The waiting room is absolutely spotless and it is an outstanding facility.
It was good but my video call froze . So he called me back. I describe my situation and that was fine .
We arrived early for an appointment. The receptionist was courteous and processed our information immediately and we were seen within 15 minutes. I highly recommend TGH urgent care
