Everyone was very friendly as well as professional. The front desk clerk, Tiffany, was very personable.
I called ahead of time and ask if they could help me they said yes. The staff is excellent friendly polite funny made me feel very comfortable . The Doctor was fantastic super nice very easy to talk too. He also made me feel very comfortable . I wish he could my primary doctor and staff they get 5 stars from me .Thank you all for a comforting experience.

My experience was easy from start to finish. Dr. Frommann was great. She was thorough, kind and answered all my questions. Would definitely use again.
I had a killer migraine last week so decided to go to the closest urgent care clinic that Florida Blue would cover. This location was a 20 minute walk south down Ola Ave. Having had trouble with the Florida Blue provider directory due to an issue with the site, by the time I walked in it was about 20 to 8 which is when they close. Never knowing what to expect walking into an unfamilar urgent care clinic for the first time, I was prepared to be maybe treated rudely so close to closing time.
