All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Good afternoon my experience at urgent care on Saturday was a blessing. I got treated and found out that I had a sinus infection. The doctor make sure that I was prescribed three different medication’s that I would need that I’m currently taking it hasn’t went away yet, but that was to be expected is going to take a minute, but Miss McDonald the doctor I seen was amazing very caring and understood what I was going through Urgent Care has a five star from me. Thank you and happy holidays.
Receptionist was nice and helpful, wait time was normal and the doctor who saw me was very good at explaining everything to me and giving advice on how to handle my issue
I got to the appointment early to fill out the typical paperwork. While I was filling it out there was a man with a dog and all the workers up front took pictures with him, which I didn’t mind, but when I had gone to turn in my paperwork they were all in the back talking about posting the pictures on instagram and sending it to friends and family. I waited an hour which isn’t terrible. The nurse and doctor were both attentive and took care of my wax build up in both ears. Would highly recommend this urgent care
