My experience with clinic was very good. Would recommend service to anyone
The staff and doctor were awesome. However, it is impossible to get thru to the office. I needed a tetanus shot after hurricane cleanup, and I was trying to confirm that they had the medication on hand, bc I had limited time (there’s a 48 hr window). I could not get passed the schedulers to get a phone number. The person I talked to was very unhelpful. She did not understand and wasn’t about to problem solve. Excellent experience. They were very professional, efficient, and helpful. Would go there again.
I do not think my concerns and my health issues were listened and were brush off . It took a lot time to be checked in and I had checked in online before heading to the office
I came in for bloodwork and was told by my employer a few days later that the lab was unable to do the test because my blood was not labeled properly with my name. No one from the clinic called me or reached out in any other way. I now have to take more time out of another work day to go to a different clinic and get blood draw an again. I also had a TB test and when I came back for my read I waited an hour for the clinician to look at my arm for 2 seconds. Hopefully in the future you can prioritize patients better. Staff were friendly, helpful, timely and exceptionally easy to work with. Thank you for addressing my health challenge.
The PA was very nice. The Front Office was slow and kinda mean. And the Medical Assisstant was not kind
Friendly and effectively recognized symptoms.
