Very short waiting time. Was pleased to see the My Chart connection with my primary care at USF.. Pleasant staff from check-in, to nurse to provider.
I walked in with no appointment & waited about 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I was seen by the doctor who was very kind & explained the meds I was prescribed & gave me instructions for my at home care. I think your Urgent care facility convenient, efficient & professional. I left feeling confident in my quality of care.

Dr. Ghayal was amazing - She took the time to listen to my complaints & knew immediately what I needed. She absolutely exceeded all expectations and was so thoughtful and caring _ I think she is the best Dr. I have ever seen.

Anytime I get sick, this is where I go. The staff and Doctors are always courteous and they try to get me in and out.
Have to go early to avoid a wait.
