Got a covid test required for travel. Office was not too busy the the time required was reasonable.

Prompt evaluation, very appropriate referral to TGH
MyChart makes it much easier to make and prepare for an appointment. The staff was very helpful and showed care throughout the process. Love how most tests and x-rays are rapid and down right on site. If I went to the doctor or hospital, I'd still be waiting for results still.
Very thorough in diagnosis in a cordial, thoughtful manner. Gave me an option to return if my condition got worse.

When I have a medical concern I want to be seen. Whenever I go running over to TGH Urgent Care/Gandy I am seen, I have a good conversation, there is follow-up if need be. I am very pleased with the service.
Only complaint is wait time, even though I had an appointment time I had to wait for over one hour and thirty minutes.
It was fast, efficient. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use them again.. The X-ray tech was very good and handling vitals.
