Greater doctor-to-pharmacy communication is needed. FTUC lacks the necessary connection to understand the patient's pharmaceutical insurance plan and prescribe meds accordingly. FYI: doctors should find out as soon as possible after diagnosis what it is covered by. A prescription that isn't covered is no help to the patient.

Wonderful experience, again! My family and I use this urgent care whenever necessary and the whole staff is nothing short of amazing! Checking in is always smooth. The doctor listened carefully to everything I had to tell her and she had me on my way as quickly as possible. Will always use them while we live here!
The wait was minimum and the PA was very understanding. The staff at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Other than that, good overall experience.

Fast Track on Gandy in Tampa is a “fast track” medical care facility that I highly recommend. They are extremely thorough and professional in the way they treat patients. It is very reassuring to know that we have such a place in Tampa that we can trust with emergency health issues. I wish I could add an extra star to this review! You will be in good hands with Fast Track, the wait time is minimal, the checkup is comprehensive, the advice is professional, and they really tune in to listen to their patients.
Was not correctly diagnosed or treated. I was diagnosed by another physician the next day with pneumonia.
Brief wait. Everyone was so professional. You can't fake it when you truly care. This is why I return when I need medical care.
