I decided after 5 days of having what I thought was a simple yet brutal cold, I went to fast track. I chose the wrong day and time to go. Friday, after work. There were many people in the waiting room and I had to wait nearly stop 3 hours before all was said and done to see the doctor. I loved the doctor, she was very good and very thorough. I don’t agree w giving my cc and waiting for them to charge on it when they find out how much the Ins pays. They know what the deductible/copay is. They should take it up front. And no one w an apt should wait an hour or more to be seen. Apts should come before walk ins.
Fast and cheaper
This was a really good experience. The provider was excellent with my child and very professional!
I had to make a visit on December 24th. The office was busier than usual that day but when I saw the doctor he was kind, patient, and made sure I was feeling better before I left. He was very compassionate about what he does and making his patients feel better
Despite a huge crowd in the waiting room, they calmly and quickly saw me. I was pretty sure I knew what my problem was (a sinus infection), which was confirmed. While I was driving home, my pharmacy called to say that the prescriptions called in were ready - a smooth and comforting experience from start to finish.
Took me quickly even though there was a waiting room full of possible patients. As always took care of my problems.
Super helpful got me in and out fast and nicely.
