I was able to get in and given care in a timely manner. Lauren was very informative, and we shared similar philosophies in trying lifestyle management before medication. We were on the same page about everything. Everyone, including the front desk person, were very friendly and wanted to get everyone cared for as efficiently as possible. It is a pleasure to go to a place like that when you don't feel well.

Made a walk in appt in advance, still waited two hours to be seen, so it didn’t really benefit me to make an appointment online. Front desk copied my insurance card, but they didn’t bill my insurance. I had to make multiple calls and was told I didn’t not have insurance on file.(?) So I’m still working on that, which is annoying. The actual medical staff was great.
