Excellent care. Only negative is the wait time to be seen.
This was my first time to use an urgent care facility and I was very impressed. Everyone there, administrative staff, techs and nursing staff were attentive, knowledgeable and caring. They took the time to listen and inform, acknowledge my concerns and, appropriately, address my sense of "urgency." The whole process had a professional aura about it; I've already recommended this facility to neighbors and friends.

As a walk in, all were great plus they explained the appt would take awhile, due to it being a busy day. Great service as the LPN was wonderful.
Needed pre- op tests completed in a tight window in order to allow my surgery scheduled for a few days away. Great experience/ awesome customer service with lab results published within 48 hours. Smooth process enabled by the online app to communicate real time results with the Surgeon.
