Process was speedy. Staff so comforting and friendly. Made me feel so comfortable. Won't hesitate when needing urgent care!

The wait time was great, the staff was very nice and helpful since I had never been there before
Quick, easy,professional
The staff was great and polite. The wait time was short. The only complaint I have is that no one checked to make sure the fax went through to MacDill afb. The fax machine was Sent in the morning and by the afternoon they still had not received it. I had to call myself for the records could b refaxed.
Fast, Efficient and Professional. Great job and easy to do during COVID pandemic.
I have been coming to this location for many years but this visit was the best in a long time .From the time I checked in to when I was seen. Maybe it is a different staff. I told my family and friends that this location has improved their service e and I was very pleased.
