Very thorough, kind, and always welcoming
Everything was great. Friendly staff. I get a little anxious in doctors offices but this staff made me feel at ease. Clean environment and communication was great.
Visit was great. Friendly and respectful. Answered all my questions.
Appointment was on time! Clean facility! Saw nurse and doctor in a reasonable time once in room. Front staff well educated with insurance.

If only we can have a TGH Urgent Care in every neighborhood in America, we would have a very healthy nation. These guys have perfected health care service. Every visit brings me closer to wishing I could make them my primary care. Shhhh, they are my primary care, just not official!
Great medical staff except for the receptionists, need more customer service skills.
